Please contact me as soon as possible if there is an issue i.e. damaged item, sizing issue, not as expected, etc.
Items may be returned/exchanged with a postmark date of 7 days of receipt of item. Pieces must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Item must be sent back via USPS Priority (or comparable shipping) including tracking and insurance. Customer to pay for return shipping costs.
If for any reason a piece has been damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as you receive the package, and I will work with you to resolve the issue. If I am not contacted in a reasonable amount of time, I cannot assume that the damages occurred due to shipping.
Custom orders are typically not eligible for refund. In some cases, it may be returned for a 15% restocking fee. Again, if there is an issue, please contact me as soon as possible. IF I AM NOT CONTACTED WITHIN 7 DAY OF RECEIPT OF ITEM, ITEM WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE OF ANY KIND.
